BDC V4

The biggest edition yet, bringing together a growing global community of designers. With tougher challenges and higher expectations, participants pushed their creativity further

THE BRIEF

In this edition of BDC, designers were challenged to create a brand for an existing grocery product. With the rise of new products in the market, standing out on the shelf has become more important than ever. Participants were asked to select any grocery item—from everyday essentials to niche products—and build a unique brand identity around it. The goal was to transform an ordinary product into something visually compelling and memorable. Designers were encouraged to think about how strong branding can elevate a product, drawing inspiration from stores known for well-designed packaging and standout shelf presence.
